I’m in Rapid City this weekend to climb Crazy Horse as part of the Volksmarch, and couldn’t stay away from politics. Above you see a few people protesting outside Rapid’s Main Street Square as part of the lingering Occupy Rapid City movement. I don’t know if there were more earlier in the day or if this is what the movement has shrunk to. When they started last fall there would be 30+ people protesting in downtown Rapid every Saturday, though they stuck with normal, legal, protests and never tried to occupy anything.
