Stephanie Strong’s Supreme appeal
Two days ago, Stephanie Strong filed an appeal of her lawsuit trying to remove state Rep. Brian Gosch from the ballot to the South Dakota Supreme Court.
That case, Strong v. Gant, had apparently been dismissed just over one month ago, in late September. Circuit Judge Robert Mandel revoked his prior writ of mandamus and declared Strong had filed her lawsuit in the wrong venue.
Strong argues that action was inappropriate, and didn’t give her enough time to respond.
